Highlight: Toned Arms

A friend of mine asked how she can get toned arms for the summer. These are 2 of my favorite exercises on Nike training club for the arms because not only do they work your arms but they also target your legs and butt at the same time! So you get to kill 3 birds with 1 stone! You don't have to use weights for these drills but I highly recommend it, that way you will see progress much faster. The first is the alternating forward lunge with arm curl. Here's how to do it:
