Highlight: The Side Plank

We wanted to highlight our favorite drills in a series of posts. These exercises are taken from Nike training club and are designed to help tone certain areas of your body. This exercise has quickly become one of my favorites and I have literally watched my annoying, stubborn love handles start to melt away. This drill is called the side plank. Add this to your routine daily for 1 minute on each side and you will notice a difference. Here's how it's done.
